1. Scholarships for students having financial needs.
2. Educational support for students with special learning needs.
3. Recognition, support, and reward of outstanding Lutheran educators.
4. Financial grants to ensure that school capital and quality Christian educational needs are met at the local level.
5. Bring educators and Lutheran business leaders together in a united front in support of Lutheran schools.
6. Pursue relationships with other Lutheran organizations that support Lutheran education.
7. Have the board of directors absorb the administrative costs of LEFM. Ensuring that 100% of the funds donated go directly to the children for scholarships.
